A drug user from the town of Mirassol d’Oeste in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree. That’s all I know about this video, but even though I don’t understand any Portuguese, I’ve quite distinctly overheard the reported say Da Silva several times throughout the video. Aunt of the victim shown in the video is named Marli Pereira da Silva.
